Join ProMach and shine. Whether you're creative, strategic, persuasive, or mechanically inclined, there’s a place for you here. Be a problem-solver, a closer, a futurist - whatever drives you. At ProMach, you'll be challenged and rewarded as you help improve packaging performance and shape the future of automation. And we’ll be proud to have you on the journey.

Do we have your attention? Keep reading. At Sentry Equipment, a subsidiary of ProMach‘s Systems business, we have a longstanding reputation in the industries we serve. We offer an extensive portfolio of conveyor equipment and related container handling machinery. We specialize in integrating packaging equipment and conveying systems into cost-effective and efficient plan designs.

The Sales Engineer is responsible for managing the post-sale execution of customer projects, ensuring a seamless transition from proposal to production and installation. This role focuses on project coordination, technical documentation, and customer communication to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with technical and commercial commitments.

The Execution Sales Engineer acts as the central liaison between customers, sales, and internal engineering teams, utilizing both technical expertise and project management skills to ensure successful project outcomes. Are you excited about this work? Oversee the execution of sold projects from order entry through shipment and installation.

Serve as the primary customer contact during project execution, providing updates, resolving technical questions, and managing expectations. Review order documentation and verify that all technical and commercial details are accurately captured. Coordinate with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Procurement to ensure design intent, timelines, and deliverables are met.

Manage project milestones, track progress, and communicate status updates to both customers and internal stakeholders. Review and approve drawings, layouts, and OEM content for accuracy and completeness. Support change management processes, ensuring any design or scope adjustments are properly reviewed, documented, and communicated.

Work closely with Field Service and Installation teams to ensure readiness for site commissioning and customer handoff. Periodic travel to customer sites may be required for project kick-off, startup or customer relationship management. Maintain all project records, correspondence, and documentation within the company’s ERP/CRM systems.

Identify opportunities for process improvement in project handoff, communication, and execution workflows. If this sounds like you, we want to connect! Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, or related field preferred. 3+ years of experience in project coordination, applications engineering, or technical sales (preferably in conveyor systems, packaging, or custom machinery industries).

Strong understanding of engineering documentation, manufacturing processes, and equipment integration. Demonstrated project management and customer relationship skills. Proficiency in ERP/CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, MS Project and CAD software. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

What’s in it for you? There's no monopoly on innovative ideas or limits to how far you can advance with our team. We offer an open, communicative environment that fosters individual initiative. We pride ourselves in being a company where people are happy and choose to build a career. In addition to growth opportunities, as a ProMach employee, you receive more than just a paycheck.

Total compensation includes your salary, comprehensive medical/dental programs, as well as life insurance, a generous paid time off program, and a retirement savings plan with a company match. And because we understand the importance of feeling protected, there is no waiting period for benefits – you are eligible on your first day of employment!
