Business Support Associate

Position: Business Support Associate Job Description: Work Location: Arrow Electronics PTP, Gelang Patah, Johor Arrow Components (M) Sdn Bhd D28-2, Jalan DPB/3 (Zone B) FCZ, Pelabuhan Tanjung Pelepas, 81550 Gelang Patah, Johor, Malaysia What You'll Be Doing Responsible for the day-to-day sales support and customer service activities for assigned accounts.

Performs sales support functions to provide the highest level of service and customer satisfaction while maintaining efficiencies in corporate operational processes and procedures. Serves as a liaison between Arrow’s internal resources (field sales, engineering, supplier marketing, manufacturing facilities, purchasing and other corporate departments), vendor resources and customers.

Demonstrates a proactive approach and sense of urgency on our customers’ behalf, anticipates our customers’ requirements and communicates efforts in a timely and effective manner. Creates influential customer, supplier and internal relationships. Works closely with internal asset, operations team for operations deliverables.

Identifies the problem and all relevant issues in straightforward situations, assesses each using standard procedures and makes sound decisions What We Are Looking For Typically requires a 2 year degree and 2–4 years of experience or High school graduate with equivalent related experience 1-3 years of relevant experience working in electronics manufacturing industry or warehouse.
