We Are Hiring – Hotel Concierge! Embassy Suites by Hilton Pittsburgh Downtown is seeking a friendly, outgoing, and guest-focused Hotel Concierge to join our team. The ideal candidate enjoys helping people, knows how to create a welcoming environment, and is passionate about providing exceptional hospitality. Hospitality never takes a day off! Candidates must be able to work a flexible schedule based on hotel business needs, including mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events. Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional approach. Provide information about hotel services, amenities, dining, and special events. Assist guests with recommendations and directions for Pittsburgh restaurants, attractions, entertainment, shopping, and local destinations.
