Valet and Shuttle Driver

Description Seasonal, Part-Time Non-Exempt Mariner Sands Country Club is seeking a dedicated and professional Valet to join our team. The Valet will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members and guests by managing vehicle parking and retrieval in a safe and efficient manner. Also requires transportation to/from Club for employees.

This role requires a strong commitment to customer service and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
• Park and retrieve vehicles in a timely and safe manner.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the valet area.
• Provide information about the club and its amenities to guests.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and parking regulations.
• Handle any guest inquiries or concerns with professionalism. Skills and Qualifications:
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to operate various types of vehicles, including manual transmission.
• Previous valet or customer service experience is a plus.
