Job description
Summary Shift Supervisor/Sergeant (Chenega / CDC) Lead and support frontline security operations at the CDC as a Shift Supervisor/Sergeant. In this role, you assist the Senior Shift Supervisor in meeting contract requirements, overseeing personnel performance, coordinating schedules and training, and resolving shift issues with minimal supervision.
You ensure high morale, strong leadership, and operational excellence while maintaining readiness to serve in an armed capacity if required. The hourly compensation for this position is $26.05.
Responsibilities
