You'll have your own assigned route, work independently, stay active, and play an important role in getting packages where they need to go. No CDL required! You can build a career in transportation and logistics while staying local and returning home after your route. 📦 What You'll Be Doing Every day is different, but your main responsibilities include: Drive a FedEx-branded Non-CDL step van or 26-foot box truck. Deliver and pick up packages at homes, businesses, and commercial locations.

Load, unload, organize, and scan packages. Follow your assigned delivery route and meet daily delivery expectations. Use GPS, handheld scanners, and mobile devices to complete deliveries. Safely handle packages weighing up to 150 lbs. Provide friendly, professional customer service. Complete vehicle inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns.

Maintain accurate package scans and delivery records. Follow company policies, FedEx Ground procedures, and applicable DOT safety requirements. Work outdoors in different weather conditions. Maintain dependable attendance and punctuality. You'll spend most of your day driving, walking, making deliveries, and staying physically active.

✅ What You Need to Qualify We're looking for dependable drivers who take pride in doing the job right. Minimum requirements: At least 21 years old. Valid driver's license. Clean and acceptable driving record. Verifiable Non-CDL commercial driving experience . Ability to safely lift and move packages weighing up to 150 lbs.

Ability to pass a DOT physical and meet applicable medical requirements. Ability to pass a seven-year background check. Must successfully complete required pre-employment drug screening and comply with applicable random testing requirements. No major moving violations, license suspensions, or other disqualifying driving offenses within the past three years.

Reliable transportation to and from the terminal. Weekend availability . Dependable attendance and a professional attitude. Important: This is a physically active job. Drivers must be comfortable repeatedly lifting, carrying, loading, unloading, walking, and getting in and out of the delivery vehicle throughout the shift.
