The Associate Manager – Performance is responsible for driving the strategic execution, optimization, and performance growth of Paid Social, Paid Search, and Programmatic campaigns for MENA-region clients. This role sits between execution and leadership, combining hands-on expertise with team management and multi-channel ownership. The Associate Manager plays a key role in delivering business impact, mentoring junior team members, and ensuring campaigns align with client objectives while maintaining high standards of performance and operational excellence.

A Typical Day Includes

  • Lead the end-to-end management of campaigns across Paid Search, Paid Social, and Programmatic platforms, ensuring strong performance and delivery against KPIs.
  • Own performance strategy and optimization roadmap across one or multiple channels, identifying growth opportunities and scaling initiatives.
  • Manage and mentor Senior Executives and Executives, providing guidance, training, and quality control on campaign execution.
  • Oversee campaign setup, tracking, and QA processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with best practices.
  • Act as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders and clients when needed, providing performance insights and recommendations.
  • Drive proactive optimization, troubleshooting, and performance improvements across accounts.
  • Collaborate closely with planning and strategy teams to align performance activity with broader business goals.
  • Lead performance reporting and analysis, translating data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Ensure adherence to internal processes, governance, and platform best practices through regular audits and reviews.
  • Stay up to date with platform developments, industry trends, and emerging opportunities, and cascade knowledge within the team.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have

  • 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, preferably within an agency environment.
  • Proven experience managing campaigns across multiple channels (Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic).
  • Demonstrated experience in mentoring or managing junior team members.
  • Strong hands-on expertise with Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, and DV360.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategic decisions and business impact.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts, priorities, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; English required, Arabic is a plus.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; experience with tracking and analytics tools (e.g., Campaign Manager, Google Analytics).
  • Relevant certifications (Meta Blueprint, Google Ads, DV360) preferred.
