Job Summary

In this role you will play a key part in ensuring the quality and consistency of our manufactured building envelope products, including glazing systems, metal panels, and fabricated trims. You will work closely and collaboratively with the production teams to uphold standards and safety compliance. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in a fabrication or manufacturing environment.

g., dimension checks, standard comparisons) Review blueprints and specifications to ensure product accuracy Train and guide team members, and recommend process improvements Monitor proper use of tools and machinery while maintaining a strong safety culture Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and address quality concerns Complete required reports and documentation as needed using excel and other software Assist in other tasks and/or other departments as needed Requirements Previous experience in quality control within a manufacturing or construction environment Previous experience interpreting blueprints or shop drawings Ability to read precise measurements on a tape measure: 1/16th inch or 1 mm.

Strong attention to detail for quality of materials produced Ability to work day shift, full-time, overtime shifts as needed Familiarity with shop power tools and machinery Ability to stand for 8–10 hours per shift, work in warehouse environment Reliable transportation- can make the daily commute to our shop in Salt Lake City, UT Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Preferred but not required: previous working experience with building envelope products (glazing, architectural metals), has used calipers and/or micrometers Contact Janice Nunez 385-386-0918 janice.
