About You

You’re an experienced operator who understands that good work is about more than moving dirt. You know how to work safely around people, equipment, utilities, grades, and changing site conditions. You take care of your machine, communicate well with the crew, and bring a steady, professional approach to the work. What You’ll Do Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently Support excavation, grading, trenching, and backfill work Work around utilities, slopes, trenches, and active crews Read and follow grades, layouts, and site direction Complete daily equipment checks and basic maintenance Communicate clearly with foremen, supervisors, and ground crew Help keep projects safe, organized, and productive What You Can Expect From Us Competitive wages starting at $38.

You’ll usually commute directly to site, not to the Chilliwack office.
