Our club is known for its exceptional dining experiences, world-class amenities, and commitment to excellence in every detail. As a Line Cook, you’ll work alongside skilled chefs in a fast-paced, professional environment where quality, consistency, and creativity shine. You’ll play a key role in preparing high-end dishes for our members and guests across multiple dining outlets and events.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook menu items according to club recipes and standards Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation of work areas Ensure quality, presentation, and timing of dishes meet club expectations Assist with prep work, inventory, and daily setup/breakdown Work collaboratively with the culinary team to deliver an exceptional dining experience Qualifications: Previous line cook or culinary experience required (private club or fine dining preferred) Strong attention to detail and a passion for great food Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a team-oriented kitchen Culinary degree or certification a plus
