What you will be doing Maintain and enhance the selling process of investment product and customer onboarding process, including system development and procedure updates where applicable Support Investment related projects and change initiatives, including local/regional driven programs Design and implement improvements to selling process of Investment / Insurance Provide investment suitability training through new joiner induction and refresher training Support the investigation and resolution of process- or system related Incidents Engage front office to support their know-how and solution, including exception handling What we are looking for University graduate; HKSI with CFA definite advantage Relevant project management experience of more than 5 years as Change Manager in Wealth Management projects.

Experience in account opening and selling process will be a plus Good knowledge of application software including Excel & PowerPoint Use of Microsoft Copilot is a MUST Strong compliance and customer centric mindset Ability to work independently and analyze situations with priority. Attentive to details with strong organization and time management.
