SUMMARY The Inventory Coordinator supports the procuring, moving, and transacting of NBE inventory.

The Inventory Coordinator works cross-functionally with the Purchasing, Production, and Materials departments to ensure inventory is managed and accounted for, so that it may flow through NBE Operations efficiently.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Links purchase orders to demand in ERP system Labels, moves, and issues slow-moving and long lead job materials Assists with daily parcel delivery receiving tasks Reviews and sorts through leftover parts from equipment builds Regularly cycle counts and does cycle count auditing Updates vendor contract information in the ERP system Follows-up with vendors regarding late POs EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE 2+ years’ experience in manufacturing, supply chain processes, or inventory control Knowledge of the Infor Syteline ERP software program (or similar) is preferred Experience with Microsoft Office Suite Able to attain a forklift license Professional and positive approach, self-motivated, strong relationship building skills and team player WORK ENVIRONMENT While performing the duties of this job, you may be required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, climb and/or balance.
