THE INS AND OUTS OF BECOMING OUR TRAILER REPAIR DISPATCHER

THE SCHEDULE:

This is a full-time remote position working Monday through Friday on 10-hour shifts, with occasional additional coverage required based on operational needs.

YOUR ROLE

As our remote Trailer Repair Dispatcher, you'll receive and prioritize incoming repair requests, dispatch mobile trailer repair technicians to service locations, monitor repair progress, provide timely updates to customers and management, track service calls and completed work orders, and ensure accurate records are maintained. Through your attention to detail and ability to keep multiple moving parts organized, you'll help ensure repairs are completed efficiently and customers receive an exceptional service experience.

OUR REQUIREMENTS:

• Reside in PA, TN, OH, CO, SC, TX, GA, KY, FL, or MI
• Previous dispatching experience preferred, ideally in trailer repair, fleet maintenance, trucking, or transportation
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient with computers and dispatching software

Preferred candidates will have knowledge of commercial trailers and repair terminology and be dependable, detail-oriented professionals who can successfully manage competing priorities.
