Your area of responsibility Service Partner Management (third-party service) Planning and executing Technical Trainings for Service Partners Providing Technical Support to Partner Network (phone, email, etc.) Warranty Management (Administration and decision process) Handling and managing Customer Satisfaction Surveys Conducting Tandem Visits for on-the-job training with Partners Contributing to long-term improvement of product and service quality Support at exhibitions and trade fairs General administration in CRM and ERP applications Your profile Experience in technical service and managing dealer/distributor/service partner networks Proficiency in didactics and training methods Electrician, Electronics, Mechatronics, or similar background (e.

g., engineer) Knowledge of three-phase power system and installation.
