The Romania Marketplace Development Lead will coordinate the outsourced seller-development operation responsible for driving the growth of small and medium-sized sellers on Trendyol. Operating as a hands-on individual contributor, the ideal candidate will connect local market intelligence, category priorities, and commercial goals with disciplined frontline execution.

This role monitors partner performance standards, guides external agency teams, and translates marketplace benchmarking into scalable seller-growth initiatives. Highly commercial and data-driven, the Lead will exercise clear ownership over measurable seller and marketplace performance outcomes without direct internal line-management responsibilities.
