Program Management Growth Director (AEC)

The Program Management Growth Director role is responsible for supporting our Business Units in driving the company’s growth, market positioning, and business development strategy for Brown and Caldwell's Program Management practice. This leadership role serves as the bridge between client needs, market opportunities, and delivery capabilities, developing strategic relationships with public and private utility and infrastructure clients while advancing program management solutions that improve project outcomes and client value.

This role reports to the Director of Program Management and is accountable for developing a sustainable pipeline of program management opportunities, securing strategic wins, and supporting the profitable growth of the company.
