As a Customer Service Team Member at KFC, you’ll be the face of our restaurant—greeting guests, taking orders, and ensuring every customer has a great experience.

Responsibilities

Greet customers with a positive and welcoming attitude Take and process orders accurately (in-person and drive-thru) Handle cash and card transactions Prepare and package food orders quickly and correctly Maintain a clean dining and front counter area Assist customers with questions and concerns professionally Work as part of a team to keep operations running smoothly Qualifications: Must be at least 16 years old Friendly, positive attitude with good communication skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced setting Strong attention to detail and cleanliness Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Flexible availability (Weekends a must) Food service experience is a plus, but not required—training provided Benefits: Flexible scheduling Growth and advancement opportunities Supportive team-oriented work environment Meal provided during working shifts of 6 or more hours.
