Responsibilities

Utilize advanced sales forecasting techniques and data analytics to predict market trends and optimize revenue streams. Spearhead the recruitment, training, and development of sales personnel to cultivate a robust and capable team.

Foster a culture of motivation, integrity, and accountability across the department to ensure consistent performance. Monitor key performance indicators and adjust sales strategies in response to evolving industry dynamics and competitive pressures.

Requirements

Minimum of three years of professional experience in a senior sales leadership role, preferably within the healthcare or hospital industry. Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, sales forecasting, and data-driven analytics. Proven ability to build, mentor, and lead diverse teams through effective hiring and talent development.

Strong track record of driving team motivation and enforcing accountability to meet rigorous performance metrics. Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a focus on delivering value in the healthcare sector. Salary ₹80,000 - ₹125,000 per month
