Admissions Coordinator

Join the Pomeroy Living Team! Pomeroy Living is seeking a dynamic and compassionate Admissions Coordinator to join our team. As the Admissions Coordinator, you will play a vital role in welcoming new residents to our community and contributing to the overall success of our skilled nursing facility.

Responsibilities

Conduct tours of the facility for prospective residents and their families. Answer inquiries about the facility's services, amenities, and pricing. Schedule and conduct resident assessments. Coordinate the admissions process, including completing necessary paperwork and obtaining required documentation. Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident records.

Provide excellent customer service to all inquiries.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. At least three (3) years experience in Health Care Sales/marketing/Insurance or commensurate education preferred. Experience in managed care/insurance preferred. Familiar with Medical Terminology.

Experience in customer service, sales, or marketing preferred. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Passion for working with seniors and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
