What You'll Bring

Proven recruitment experience within agency, RPO, in-house or a blended environment Strong sourcing, headhunting and talent mapping capability Experience recruiting commercial, sales and/or corporate roles Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills Ability to identify and engage hard-to-find talent in competitive markets Passion for delivering an outstanding candidate experience Interest in modern recruitment practices, technology and continuous improvement Experience within life sciences, healthcare or medical devices is highly regarded, although not essential.
