Manufacturing Trainee (Plate Maker)

Our Florence, KY location has an opening for a 3rd shift Manufacturing Trainee (Plate Maker), an entry level role that requires NO EXPERIENCE in manufacturing. Hours: 11:00pm - 7:00am The starting pay for this position is $21/hour + $1/hour shift differential with two, 50-cent increases over the first year if the employee passes competency assessments.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay for this position is $21 - $22 USD hourly. Ultimately, in determining pay, we will consider the successful candidate’s location, experience, and other job-related factors.
