We are seeking a reliable, hardworking and safety- Ground to keep maintain the cleanliness, appearance, and upkeep of our facility's outdoor areas. The ideal candidate pays attention to detail and can work independently in a variety of weather conditions. Schedule: Monday

Responsibilities

Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of parking lots and surrounding outdoor areas. Collect and dispose of garbage and trash appropriately Sweep and pressure washing walkways and parking lot. Keep outdoor spaces clean, organized and free of debris. Follow established safety procedures and maintain a safe environment. Perform other cleaning duties as assigned.

Requirements

Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including rain, heat and cold. Safety Oriented Ability to work with other crew members Good time management and attention to detail Must be able to listen to customer requests and follow supervisor instructions Reliable transportation and punctual attendance Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision This organization participates in E-Verify GDI, Inc.
