Front Office Associate - Nephrology

PACT MSO has a busy Kidney Medical Office seeking a Front Office Associate. The hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30am, lunch, to 5:00pm with some overtime expected. The position will float between office locations in Orange, Branford, North Haven, West Haven and Fairfield as needed.

The position works in the front and back office of the medical practice. The job responsibilities are administrative and may include some or all listed below. The incumbent may be in one location where they are responsible for all aspects of the patient experience, or just one aspect.
