If you're looking for an opportunity to join a collaborative team and perform meaningful work that impacts patient care, we'd love to hear from you. 🩺 What You'll Do Analyze ambulatory ECG transmissions and accurately identify cardiac arrhythmias Review, document, and prepare physician-ready reports using cardiac monitoring software Monitor incoming transmissions and promptly escalate critical findings according to protocol Maintain productivity and quality standards in a 24/7 monitoring environment Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to support patient care objectives Ensure accurate documentation and report completion within established timelines Maintain required certifications and participate in ongoing professional development ✅ Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required Successful completion of a basic ECG course Ability to independently interpret ECG rhythm strips Minimum of one (1) year of healthcare experience Current CCT, EMT-B, EMT-P, RN, or comparable healthcare credential preferred Ability to obtain CCT certification within 90 days of hire if not currently certified Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, and Excel Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced monitoring environment 🌟 What Makes You a Great Fit Highly detail-oriented and dependable Strong multitasking and organizational abilities Effective communicator with a professional demeanor Positive team player who contributes to a collaborative culture Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Committed to delivering high-quality, patient-focused care 🏥 About Pivotal Health Pivotal Health provides cardiac and sleep diagnostic services to hospitals and healthcare systems nationwide.
