VIP Services Representative
Job description
It is the primary responsibility of the VIP Services Representative to open and close the lounge, stock the desk with supplies, stock the bar with drinks, handle multi-line phones, assist guest w/check in and check out, maintain contact with casino hosts, problem-solve for guests and make reservations for show and limos.
All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and property policies, practices and procedures.
