What You'll Do

Support the sales team by responding to inbound sales inquiries using phone, email, text, and other online lead sources. Schedule and confirm customer appointments for the sales team. Report to and maintain an open line of communication with the sales management team to establish ongoing weekly and monthly goals. Maintain accurate customer records and activity within the CRM system.

Follow up with unsold showroom traffic, internet leads, and previous customers. Confirm availability for customers inquiring about specific vehicles.

What You'll Bring

1+ years experience in a customer service role. 1+ years experience engaging with customers over the phone. Previous experience in a BDC Admin roll or other sales related position. Working knowledge of computer systems, office software and CRM's. Capability to assess situations, prioritize needs, and implement solutions The ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
