Provide emotional support and companionship, fostering a positive and engaging environment. Facilitate resident participation in recreational and therapeutic activities.

Ensure a clean and safe environment by adhering to infection control protocols. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the healthcare team to provide comprehensive care. Open Shifts Available: Day shift (1st) - 6:00a-2:30p FT or PT Evening shift (2nd) - 2:00p-10:30p PT (24 hr/wk) Qualifications: State of Iowa CNA license required (CMA preferred) Previous LTC or AL experience is preferred but not required What We Offer Starting pay rate based on years of experience Shift Differentials for 2nd, 3rd, and weekend Comprehensive Benefits Package: Including health care, vision, dental, and 401(k).
