Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to reassure patients and collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.

Ability to work under pressure, make quick decisions, and maintain composure during high-stress situations. Commitment to continuous professional development and adherence to ethical standards in patient care. Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and on-call duties as required.
