Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour Job description: Warehouse Assistant Supervisor ($19–$22/hr) | Forklift + WMS Experience Pay: $19.00 – $22.00 per hour (based on experience) Schedule: Full-Time | Day Shift (Hours may vary based on operations) Location: Langhorne, PA 19047 (On-site | Reliable transportation required) About the Role We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Assistant Supervisor to support daily operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

This role is ideal for someone with 3–5 years of warehouse leadership experience , strong WMS knowledge , and hands-on forklift experience.

Key Responsibilities

Operate a forklift safely and efficiently to move materials throughout the warehouse Load and unload trucks and trailers with accuracy and proper documentation Pick, pull, and stage flooring products for delivery Support and help coordinate daily warehouse operations and workflow Communicate effectively with team members to ensure productivity and efficiency Maintain a clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant warehouse environment Perform inventory spot checks to ensure accuracy and proper stock levels Perform physical labor , including lifting 50+ lbs regularly What We’re Looking For 3–5 years of warehouse supervisory or management experience 3–5 years of experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) Recent, hands-on forklift operating experience Strong communication and leadership skills High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Requirements Current forklift certification (Required) Valid driver’s license Must be able to lift 50+ lbs regularly Must pass a background check and drug screening Must have reliable transportation Job Type: Full-time Application Question(s): Do you have your own transportation?
