Service Administrator

You will need to be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Greet customers and direct them to the appropriate service representative. Coordinate customer handoffs with Service Advisors. Communicate customer needs to dealership staff. Process and submit warranty claims accurately and on time. Review, correct, and update repair orders and warranty documentation. Review service history to prevent duplicate or invalid claims.

Work with manufacturers and warranty representatives for claim approvals. Build positive relationships with manufacturers and warranty providers. Manage loaner vehicle agreements and fleet maintenance. Track vehicle damage and EZ-Pass violations. Perform other duties as assigned What You'll Bring Strong customer service and communication skills.

Excellent organization and attention to detail. Automotive dealership or warranty experience preferred. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with dealership software and Microsoft Office. Valid driver's license Total Rewards $23.00 to $25 hourly.
