We are seeking motivated, service-oriented individuals to join our remote team. This opportunity is ideal for someone with strong communication skills who enjoys helping others and wants to build a long-term career. All interactions are with union members who have requested information, so no cold calling or prospecting is required.

Complete training, onboarding, and ongoing mentorship are provided.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent Strong verbal and written communication skills Comfortable using basic computer programs and virtual meeting platforms Customer service, sales, or retail experience is preferred but not required
