Store Office Support

Ben Bridge Jeweler's Timeworks store in Ala Moana is seeking a full-time Store Office Service Coordinator to join our team. Our ideal candidate will have great interpersonal communication and organizational skills, as well as fine jewelry and/or watch sales experience, or other luxury sales experience. The Store Office Service Coordinator (SOSC) maintains the coordinated flow of all repair jobs coming into and out of the store.

In this position the SOSC would take-in repairs from the customer and work with the store Manager and associates to determine which repairs would be completed in-store, and which repairs would be forwarded to other vendors.
