Grant Performance & Compliance Analyst

LSF is seeking a talented Grant Performance & Compliance Analyst who wants to make an impact in the lives of others.

This position provides expertise in grant compliance, performance monitoring, data management, reporting, and post-award administration for federal, state, local, and private grant-funded programs. This individual will oversee and work with departments to manage and collect data for grant monitoring systems, supporting continuous quality improvement for the timely submission of programmatic reports. The position will also assist with pre-award planning by reviewing funding requirements, developing compliance metrics, identifying reporting obligations, and supporting proposal development.
