Compliance Specialist III

General Atomics Aeronautical Systems, Inc. With general direction, this position is responsible for performing contract and/or procurement analysis to ensure compliance to regulations, contractual requirements and Company policy.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Analyzes data and situations, and develops solutions; influences and guides on actions to be taken. Compiles and analyzes data to identify trends and recommend areas for process improvement; develops appropriate electronic and hard copy reports and records. Participates in the development, implementation and audit of policies, procedures and associated documentation; ensures compliance with appropriate statutes, regulations and Company practices.

Represent the organization as a prime point of contact with internal and external customers and audit agencies; makes presentations as required. Provides direction, leadership and training to support and less experienced professional and technical staff. Maintains the strict confidentiality of sensitive information. Performs other duties as assigned.
