Construction Warehouse Supervisor
Job description
Smith-Boughan Mechanical, Inc. is seeking an experienced Construction Warehouse Supervisor to lead warehouse and material operations supporting our commercial and industrial HVAC, plumbing, piping, BAS, and mechanical construction projects. This role oversees warehouse personnel, tools and equipment, fleet coordination, shipping and receiving, inventory, purchasing support, and material deliveries to jobsites.
The ideal candidate is an organized, hands-on leader with strong warehouse management experience and a solid understanding of construction materials and jobsite logistics. This position plays a key role in ensuring field teams have the tools, materials, and equipment they need to complete projects safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
