Manufacturing Quality Engineer The Role UST is searching for an experienced professional with strong Manufacturing Quality domain expertise and hands-on experience in Power BI, Automation, and AI technologies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Quality Management processes within regulated manufacturing environments, along with the ability to leverage data analytics, automation, and AI-driven solutions to improve operational efficiency and compliance.

What You’ll Do

• Support manufacturing quality processes and compliance activities.
• Create data-driven insights using Power BI.
• Develop automation solutions to improve efficiency.

• 8-11 Years of experience
• Minimum qualification: Bachelor's degree
• Manufacturing Quality Hands-on experience in: CAPA Deviations Change Controls Investigations PPQ (Process Performance Qualification) Power BI & Automation Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Automate business and quality processes using Power Platform or similar tools.
• AI (Preferred) Experience with AI/Generative AI solutions.
• Ability to apply AI for reporting, process improvement, and analytics. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.
