INTERNSHIP OPPORTUNITY PROJECT SUPPORT Be part of an exciting Project! We need reliable, detail-oriented persons to support our team during the project. Work with our Finance & Operations teams and gain real-world experience!

ABOUT THE ROLE

You will help our Project Team test, verify and record data on the project. This is a great opportunity to learn, grow and gain real-world experience!

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Help organize and file project documents – both paper and electronic. Enter information into our systems carefully and accurately. Help validate data everyday. Record test results and note any issues you spot. Help keep our lists of issues up to date. Give general support to the project team.

1. KNOWLEDGE Fundamental accounting concepts – debits and credits, the general ledger, and reconciliation Awareness of data confidentiality and data protection principles Working knowledge of Microsoft Office – Excel, Word and Outlook Basic understanding of financial products (loans, deposits, fixed deposits) Basic exposure to systems Principles of document and records management
2. SKILLS Accurate, high-volume data entry Microsoft Excel – data entry, sorting and filtering, basic formulas Clear, consistent record keeping and logging Organizing and filing documents – hard and soft copies using version control Written and verbal communication Time management and prioritization
3. ABILITIES High attention to detail and accuracy, including in repetitive tasks Ability to follow structured procedures Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive data responsibly Ability to identify, flag and escalate discrepancies appropriately Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced project environment Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team WHO SHOULD APPLY?
