What We Are Looking For

We are seeking a People Operations Generalist to run the day-to-day of our People Operations department. This is a hands-on role for someone who likes owning their work end to end: payroll, benefits, onboarding, compliance, and being the first person our team members and General Managers come to when they need something.

You will work alongside our Director of People Operations and Training & Development, with real ownership from day one. If you would rather go find the answer than wait for someone to hand it to you, you will do well here. Our Core Values: DART Dedicated

Payroll runs every two weeks and it has to be right. You handle confidential information the way it deserves to be handled. You pick up new systems quickly. We use ADP, Harri, and Google Suites LMS, and you will own them. You are bilingual in English and Spanish. You are looking for an on-site role in our Austin office, with occasional visits to our restaurants. You want to build real depth across HR, not just work through a task list.
