The Position… Due to the continued growth of the business, they are currently seeking an experienced, motivated, and talented Heavy Diesel Mechanic (Leading Hand) to join the team in their engineering facility based in the Peel WA region.

Key responsibilities include

managing the fitting team in servicing of trucks, water carts, fitting of hydraulic hoses, fitting steel lines, hose reels and fitting pumps. In this position, your working days will be Monday – Friday, with 38 hours being the minimum working week. However, it is expected that you will have the flexibility to take on overtime hours when required.

The Ideal Candidate… The ideal candidate will have the following: Trade certificate relevant to your trade Current driver’s license Previous experience in basic hydraulics National police clearance (or willing to obtain) Strong commitment to safety and quality Motivated, hard-working and a positive attitude The Benefits: The company will offer the successful candidate excellent rates, plus performance bonuses.
