Job description
SUMMARY The Manager, Personal Injury Protection (PIP) oversees the operation and results of a first party medical claims team to include PIP, Medpay and PIP Demands. Responsible for the day-to-day administration and technical supervision of the team, as well as direct assignments, work schedules and the implementation of processes to achieve production and quality assurance.
The manager will serve as a technical resource to subordinates and others in the organization. The manager must be able to identify positive and negative trends and suggest process changes and implement process changes as directed. The manager also stays familiar with state PIP statutes, legislation, and regulatory compliance.
