Draft pleadings, discovery, correspondence, and other litigation documents. Assist attorneys with case strategy, legal research, and litigation preparation. Review, organize, and summarize medical records, bills, insurance information, discovery, and other case materials. Communicate with clients to gather information, provide case updates, and help them navigate the litigation process.

Coordinate with opposing counsel, medical providers, expert witnesses, lien holders, and insurance carriers. Coordinate depositions, mediations, hearings, and other litigation events and deadlines. Prepare for trial by organizing exhibits, documents, witness materials, and other case materials. Maintain accurate, detailed, and organized case files in the firm’s case management system.

What We Are Looking For

3+ years of litigation paralegal experience required. Personal injury litigation experience is preferred, but not required. Experience managing a high-volume litigation caseload. Strong understanding of litigation procedures, deadlines, and case management. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong legal writing, proofreading, and verbal communication skills.

Ability to prioritize competing deadlines and manage multiple cases effectively. Professional, compassionate, and client-focused approach. Experience with Filevine or another legal case management system is a plus, but not required. Must reside in Wisconsin.

Compensation

& Benefits $55,000 - $80,000 annual salary, based on experience.
