We count on you to... Manage and monitor recruitment and selection processes; Ensure HR administrative processes (contracts, cards, time management, and other tasks) related to temporary work; Implement and follow up on training plans, ensuring their execution on the ground; Support team well-being and promote a positive work environment; Ensure compliance with HR procedures at the warehouse, maintaining close proximity to operations.

So, bring with you... Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or similar fields; Previous experience in HR roles (experience in temporary work context is valued); Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (intermediate level); Knowledge of PowerPoint with the ability to develop presentations (valued); English knowledge (intermediate level); Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Organization, proactivity, and attention to detail; Availability for on-site work.
