Now Hiring: Caregivers – South Orange County
$20-$22/hr | Consistent Overnight Assignments
Looking for steady hours with the same clients each week?
Tandem Care is hiring experienced caregivers for assignments throughout South Orange County, including Costa Mesa, Mission Viejo, Rancho Santa Margarita, Laguna Niguel, and surrounding communities.
Our Continuous Care program is built around consistency—for both clients and caregivers. Instead of scrambling for shifts each week, you'll be matched with long-term clients and a predictable schedule you can count on.
At Tandem Care, we believe caregivers deserve the same level of support we provide our clients. Our team works hard to place caregivers in assignments that fit their skills, availability, personality, and preferred service area, creating long-term relationships rather than short-term staffing solutions.
What This Role Looks Like
- Long-term client assignments
One-on-one care in the client's home
Ongoing support from a dedicated care team
Stable hours with predictable schedules
Opportunities to build meaningful relationships with clients and families

Have experience with dementia care, personal care, mobility assistance, and overnight supervision

This Role Is Not a Fit If You:
Are only looking for occasional or on-call shifts
Cannot commit to a consistent schedule
Are uncomfortable providing hands-on personal care
Are uncomfortable assisting with bathing, toileting, incontinence care, transfers, or dementia-related behaviors
Do not have reliable transportation
Requirements
Active California Home Care Aide (HCA) Registration
Completed Live Scan background check
Valid driver's license
Reliable vehicle
Smartphone (iPhone or Android) for scheduling and communication
Strong communication skills and reliability
