Groundskeeper

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintain cleanliness of the grounds and surrounding areas of the community Performs regular and directed grounds and landscape maintenance by mowing lawns with riding or push mowers; trimming and edging around trees, shrubs, ground cover, flowers, sidewalks and buildings Weeding, thinning and cleaning flower beds and other grounds by hand or utilizing proper tools and equipment Removes unsightly trash and debris from public areas by regularly inspecting grounds Provides excellent customer service to internal and external customers, including prospects, residents and vendors QUALIFICATIONS: Experience in maintenance/property management preferred Detail oriented Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively Ability to work well independently and in teams Work Remotely No Job Type: Full-time Benefits: Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Schedule: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday License/Certification: Driver's License (Required) Location: Eugene, OR (Preferred) Ability to Commute: Eugene, OR (Required) Work Location: Multiple locations PTLA Property Management in Eugene is looking for a full-time groundskeeper to drive excellence in the presentation and curb appeal of the community and preservation of the asset.
