Executive Assistant

Lagos, NigeriaFull-timePosted Sep 21, 2026

Job description

Take complete ownership of the CEO’s calendar by prioritizing high-value activities, minimizing distractions, and resolving scheduling conflicts before they occur. Anticipate the CEO’s needs by staying three steps ahead and ensuring all workflows and tasks are completed on time without requiring follow-up or reminders.

Act as the central liaison between the CEO and internal teams, ensuring everyone is aligned on deadlines and deliverables while drafting polished, professional updates via WhatsApp and email. Actively hunt for and analyze growth avenues for the fashion brand, including prestigious grants, industry awards, strategic partnerships, and exhibitions.

Independently prepare, format, and manage applications, pitch materials, and supporting documentation for the CEO’s final review and sign-off. Support the CEO’s public profile by identifying and securing relevant speaking engagements, media features, and high-impact networking opportunities. Seamlessly orchestrate all logistics for business meetings, company events, and travel, ensuring the CEO has a smooth and highly organized itinerary.

Maintain meticulously organized digital files, crucial business contacts, and strategic documents using tools like Google Workspace, ensuring immediate retrieval when needed. Prepare actionable reports, insightful research summaries, and well-designed Canva presentations that directly support the CEO's executive decision-making.

Handle all highly sensitive business or business strategies, finance, customer, internal operations, and personal information with uncompromising discretion and integrity. Identify operational bottlenecks, communication gaps, or potential setbacks early, and present viable solutions to the CEO rather than just reporting the problems.

Identify and track potential partnerships, collaborations, events, exhibitions, and industry opportunities.
