We are looking for a highly skilled and collaborative Senior Software Engineer to join our core development team. In this role, you will be a key Individual Contributor responsible for building high-quality, engaging features that delight our users. Requirements

What you will do

● Take ownership of feature development from initial concept to final deployment, ensuring high performance and a polished user experience. ● Partner daily with Game Designers, Artists, and Product Managers to define requirements and ensure technical feasibility. ● Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code while participating in peer code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.

● Proactively identify bottlenecks and bugs, implementing robust solutions to ensure a smooth and crash-free experience for our players. ● Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives to help the team iterate faster and more effectively. ● Mentor and train junior engineers, shaping their career progression and growth.

What we are looking for

● 6+ years of professional experience in mobile application / game development. ● Strong command on Flutter (Dart), and experience building rich applications or games with it. ● Good understanding of the mobile ecosystem, including hands-on experience working with native Android (Kotlin/Java) and iOS (Swift/Objective-C) layers.

● Proven experience with modern programming languages and a deep understanding of CS Concepts, Data Structures, Algorithms, and OOPS. ● Ability to communicate technical concepts and know-hows to non-technical stakeholders clearly and concisely. ● A track record of working effectively in agile, multi-disciplinary teams.

● B.Tech/B.E in Computer Science or equivalent.

Nice to Have

● Prior experience in the gaming industry, specifically working on casual or puzzle titles. ● Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, and testing frameworks ● Familiarity of live operations, and A/B experiments.
