Plans and implements sales to specific, highly strategic major accounts where cultivating relationships, identifying opportunities, and account management skills are critical. Seen as being a unique authority in a specific area of work and is visible and influential across the business. Has high levels of personal impact, demonstrates leadership qualities, and is inspirational to others. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Typically achieves sales credits of circa per year Maintains and expands long term relationships for the purpose of generating renewal and yield/cross-sell business. High levels of coordination and influence of multiple internal stakeholders to drive the account and related projects Liaises closely with regional/local account managers and develops relevant networks of senior stakeholders Prepares complex proposals and solutions that require creativity, entrepreneurialism and specialist knowledge Able to engage with client's technical buyers and debate the merits of KF's products. Provides input into the development of procedures for an area within the organisation, then monitors the implementation of those procedures. Analyses specified problems and issues to find the best technical and/or professional solutions Has significant experience within one or more industries and can speak knowledgably to how KF broader solutions support business issues Will be very well networked across KF and able to persuade and encourage Consultants to adopt KF Digital solutions PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS Will typically have around 10 years of experience in account management including large strategic account management. Significant experience in consultative selling and pre/post sales activities within professional services Deep expertise in at least one KF area, as well as understanding of broader KF offerings Demonstrates strong learning orientation and intellectual curiosity Will regularly present at forums and write about a specialist area Seeks and acts on feedback, without defensiveness Coaches, mentors and develops junior staff and others Looks for ways to help their teams be successful Serves as a technical resource to others within area of expertise Known for producing high quality, timely work that meets or exceeds client expectations Competent in multiple solution areas, and may have expertise beyond one solution area Leads largest projects with success Provide substantial inputs which contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of major KF Digital global processes, protocols and standards Education Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Korn Ferry may use AI as part of its recruitment process, but all hiring decisions are made by humans.
