No more than three (2) moving violations within the last 3 years. No more than two (2) preventable accidents within the last 3 years. Must be able to pass a FMCSA pre-hire drug screen and have no prior FMCSA positive drug and/or alcohol testing or refusals within the last 10 years. Hazmat is a plus, but not required Must have TWIC card.
