Job description
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing in the Commonwealth of Virginia
- Completion of an accredited LPN program
- 1–2 years of experience in healthcare, mental health, crisis services, home health, or long-term care (or equivalent experience)
- Current BLS/CPR certification and TB screening (within the last 30 days)
- Ability to pass background checks (local/state criminal history and sex offender registry)
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
- No founded child abuse or neglect complaints
