• Non-exempt Help Families Find Their Beginning Our Beginning School and MOAI School are Reggio Emilia-inspired early learning communities seeking a warm, resourceful, and proactive Steward of Welcome. We see every child as capable and full of potential, and value the strengths of every family. Lead enrollment growth while building genuine partnerships with families from all backgrounds. What You’ll Do Lead family inquiries, tours, applications, follow-up, and enrollment onboarding. Build trusting family relationships; collaborate with Pedagogistas to connect families with appropriate community resources and support services. Coordinate family events and schoolwide engagement in partnership with the Pedagogy Team. Develop community outreach opportunities that support enrollment growth. Maintain accurate enrollment records and reports using systems such as Pro. Care, Ravenna, and Clarity. What We’re Looking For Experience in enrollment, admissions, family engagement, hospitality, marketing, or a related field. Strong communication, organization, initiative, follow-through, and professional judgment. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; substantial related experience and a commitment to completing a degree may be considered. A genuine belief in the potential of every child, cultural humility, respect for all families, and experience supporting people from varied backgrounds. Experience with Head Start, Early Head Start, family advocacy, community services, or a comparable family-centered organization is highly desirable.
